Terms and Conditions
You must contact us if the item arrives damaged within 24 hours of signing for it. The item can then be returned to us for a full refund including postage or a repair.
You must let us know within 7 days if you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind.
If you change you mind please return the item to us, but drop us an email via the contact form so that we know it is on its way.
Please return all original boxes with the item, as these form part of the product and ensure that the item is in its original condition.
Please note: due to hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned.
Customer are responsible for return postage costs on items unless items arrive to you faulty, when return costs will be refunded.
For new gold and silver items (not vintage): please contact us if the item becomes faulty within 6 month of purchase. Liability on our part is limited to replacement of the item or the original cost. The faulty item will need to be returned to us, so that an assessment can be made.
For other new items: Please contact us immediately if you item develops a fault.
For vintage items: if your breaks we will do our best to help you and may offer repair. However, if you have had the item for more than 2 weeks this will depend on the nature of the damage and the age of the item purchased.
Vintage Items: These items may be more delicate than new items are expected to be. For vintage items it is especially important that the care taken with the item reflects its age. Snagging on cloths etc can damage some vintage items.
